I have just come back from a Youth Cultural Exchange in Japan organised by the Lion's Club. This trip lasted about 3 weeks, starting from 15th December 2009 and ending on 6th January 2010. 22 Malaysians and 3 Australians participated in this youth exchange. The first 6 days was a camp together with all my friends in the youth exchange. We visited many, many places and I can't really remember where and what we exactly did + a little lazy to list down everything. Hahaha :) All I can say is 100% confirmed we had LOADS OF FUN. XD

We spent the rest of the trip at host families. Some of us had 2 like I did, some even had 5!! O.O I spent a week at my 1st host and another week at my 2nd host. My first host family's house consists of ottosan and his ottosan. The house is considerably big and made of almost 100% wood. My okasan and ottoto live in another house somewhere else. I wonder if they are separated.. Makes me feel sad.. -.- Hahaha.. anyway during my stay at my 1st host family, I spent most of my time at ottosan's office on the comp. XD No life right.. But what to do, he has work to do and he brings me out, so happy me get to go online almost everyday. :D My 1st room was quite comfortable though. My room and my bed was heated and I had a TV!! XD Every night I used to switch it on and watch Japanese shows. :) Of course he brought me to places, but *copies above* hahaha..

My 2nd host family's house is like much more modern-looking tha n the 1st. There were floor heaters, imagine that!! The family is quite rich too. They have like 4 cars; one BMW, one Mercedes, one FERRARI and one Italian car, only 1000 made in the world. O.o This family consists of ottosan, okasan and 3 children, all grown up and living in Tokyo. 2 of them came back to celebrate the New Year. My ottosan had a computer in the house, so I went online like every single night. Hahaha :D

During my stay there, I got the opportunity to wear a KIMONO!! Woah, it was like ultra tight mann.. I could hardly breathe; was almost suffocating in that thing. >.<>

Ooh and I also saw SNOW!! Woohoooo :D Although I have seen snow before, I was really young that time and I didn't enjoy it as much as I did this time. I also have not seen snowfall before, so yeah it was pretty cool for me. ^.^ Blankets of snow covered almost everything in sight for around 2 to 3 days. And then the snow melted.. How SAD. >.<

After I came back from Japan, I went for a 2 day orientation at Sunway International School, which was boring as I kind of knew almost everything about it. :) And then school started and its HOMEWORK HOMEWORK HOMEWORK. >.<

New House @ Valencia

Oh yeah I forgot to say this.

I just moved house last month. This place is wonderful!! So green, so quiet, so pollution-free (well, Malaysia is not exactly pollution-free but you can imagine how my neighbourhood would look like.) :) There are nice neighbours, large area for cycling and strolling, clubhouse for sports and restaurant, convenient store, golf course. Love this place. But I do miss my old house tho. :'( Miss my old room. A little. But what the heck, this place is about 10 times more awesome than my previous neighbourhood. Yeah man!!!! XD One downside of this: my current room is smaller than my previous room. :(

Finals Done + New School Life in SIS

Finally, Finals are Over mann!! XD My results are not that good tho. -.- But at least I did not fail any of my subjects. And that is kinda good. For me. Ahh, I can't compare myself to CERTAIN people who get straight A's in all their exams. I envy them. O.o

When everyone else has already started their hols, I am still going to school. :) Just to inform you I will be changing school from next year onwards. This year I am currently attending a one month trial school at Sunway International School.

At SIS, I got to meet and bond with some awesome people like Clarence, Wan En, Stephanie, Anita, Prasad, Cedric, just to name a few. This school is not like other schools as, like most international schools, students are required to walk around to their respective classes whereas the teachers mostly have their own classes. Its a fun experience for me as although the school is only one floor underground, it has some of the funnest and nicest teachers around. (well, for me, that is.) I am most certainly going to enjoy going to school next year. I am enjoying myself already. :) Beware the Killer Homework awaiting me tho. Muahahaha.. >.<

I will be having my 3rd round Yamaha piano exams on the 26th of November. (I failed twice already, like all of my piano friends) :) I must pass this time or this will be the last exam I will be sitting for Yamaha. (I know I've said this before but this time it looks like this is for real.) And coincidentally on the same day is PROM!! WOOHOO!!!! I must have been super brave to go to prom as I am still considered a new student. (says Wan En) Well, I do already know some people in the school so it won't be that akward for me. :) And if I do not do well for my piano exam, I might not enjoy my prom which is going to be on that night. Fyi, I do not have to have a date to go to prom. If you have a date, you might have to dedicate your time to him/her and dance with him/her all night. Isn't it much more fun to dance with everyone else? (for now) XD

At the end of the year (well, actually on December 14th), I will be going to Japan for a cultural exchange. No, this is not a student exchange as I do not have to go to school there. :) I'm gonna have a fun time there! The term 'fun' is an understatement. I'm gonna be playing with SNOW!! Woohoo!! :) And don't forget the SKIING CAMP!!!! Yes that's right. I'm going to SKI!!!!! ^.^ I'm currently learning up some useful Japanese phrases so that my foster parents will be soo proud of me. Hahaha. Well that too, but I am also interested in learning Japanese. Hope I would be able to meet some famous singers there! Or 'accidentally' meet them. For all you know, my foster parent's neighbours could be one of them. XD I'm going on the 14th December and coming back on the 6th January.

I'm Finally Back. :)

After like 7 months I'm finally back! I know my blog is pretty un-updated and I'm kinda lazy to catch up on all the previos events so I'll just talk a bit about the current issues. Here goes..

1) H1N1!! (swine flu)
2) Piano exams - ABRSM and Yamaha (finally done) although I failed Yamaha again. :P
3) Class Test - much better than previous class test and mid year exam :D

7) Merdeka Carnival - right after patriotic run

School Starting Soon..

Uhuh. School's starting on the 5th January. This year 2009 is a whole new year. It's gonna be very different and challenging too. There's gonna be new subjects and topics to learn. I think I will be going to Pure Science.. Just hope I can cope with Physics.. >.<

- May the Lord help me to cope with this year. May it be exciting and fun-filled for my friends, my teachers and I. And most importantly, help me to excel in my studies so that I would pass my exams with flying colours. I put my future and my studies in Your hands O' Lord. Thanx for everything You've done for me for the past year. Please give me more of You this year!! :) -

Christmas! XD

Before the Big Day which is tomorrow, I wanna talk about Christmas! I went for three Christmas parties this year which is quite a lot for me. XD All three were awesome! First party: cell party, second party: Megan's party, third party: aunt's party. :) So I am quite satisfied with this year's Christmas celebration. :D

There's one present that I really love. Guess what? It's a Nintendo DS complete with a game! Yayy.. That's all I've been wishing for since I first saw it in the shops. :) It was from my parents. Actually it was supposed to be a secret but I already knew cuz my maid told me about it. Heehee.. XD

I love all my other Xmas prezzies tho. They're all nicee.. Love ya guys!! <33

Now here comes the New Year, and then Chinese New Year. Gotta collect them red packets! Lolzz.. XD Love visiting my hometowns! :)

The Big Day is finally arriving. Ahh.

Yup. The Big Day is just around the corner. Getting ready for Tuesday, 10 am. *shivers* Hope everything works out for me and my friends. *more shivers* Hope that I will get straight A's. Aahh. May the Lord make the Big Day a day to remember.

HUGE Camp 2008: Heart <3

I totally forgot to post about HUGE camp 2008. The theme of the camp is Heart, as you can see. I went on the 8th of December and came back on the 11th. I really benefited from this camp in many ways. A lot of people attended the camp from different churches in Malaysia. The guest speaker was Pastor Jay Mooney from the USA. O.o Have to fly so far for a camp. :P

The camp was @ PD Tiara Beach Resort only there wasn't any beach. But there was this quite nice swimming pool. There were 2 quite nice spiral slides oso. Very fun wan. :) But the water quite unclean tho. I saw a dirty sock in the pool. Eee.... >.< I swam with Joyce and Wee Nee cuz my other friend Ven Hui my lazy bum bum dun wanna swim. (No offence ven hui! XD) I got a nice tan after that. :(

The food was okaylarr.. But got a lot of flies flying around and sitting on our food. So we pay them back by trapping them in glasses. Too bad couldn't get pictures of them. Forgot to take. :P Luckily no one got food poisoning, at least I think so. Thank God!! ^.^

The services were really good! A lot of people got 'slain' and were touched by God. I didn't really get the 'feeling' at camp tho, dunno why. :(

On the whole, I think that camp was AWESOME!!!! I recommend all people who havn't signed up to sign up next year and attend it!! GO FOR HUGE CAMP!! You will not regret it. :D
